About Me
After struggling with my weight day after day and year after year, I could tell that I needed to focus on doing what I could to make things right. I began going through and evaluating my daily life, and it occurred to me that there were a few things I could do if I wanted to stay more active. I began taking the stairs instead of the elevator and working harder on my diet, and it was incredible to see just how much those simple things helped. Now I can honestly say that I love to exercise, and I hope this blog makes you want to work out too.
